How Does It Work?

Step 1: Assessment Session

Every journey begins with an initial assessment session. This first meeting is a 30–45 minute session and is offered at $50.

During this session, we:

  • Review your personal history, lifestyle, and current challenges
  • Discuss your goals, concerns, and areas where you feel stuck or out of balance
  • Use reflection tools (including the Circle of Life) to gain clarity
  • Identify whether we are a good fit to work together

This session is a safe, judgment-free space for you to share openly and for both of us to determine if ongoing coaching feels aligned.

Step 2: Three-Month Coaching Package

If we decide to move forward, I offer a three-month coaching package designed to support real, lasting change.

This package includes:

  • Biweekly one-on-one sessions (in person or virtually)
  • Each session lasts 30 minutes up to one hour, depending on your needs
  • Weekly follow-up support via call or email
  • Ongoing questions and answers, guidance, and check-ins
  • Accountability and encouragement to help you stay consistent and motivated
  • Personalized support tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and pace

Between sessions, you are not left on your own. I provide consistent support to help you navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and stay connected to your intentions.

This coaching experience is not about quick fixes—it’s about building awareness, confidence, and habits that support long-term well-being.

As we work together, we continually reassess, adjust, and align your plan with your evolving needs and life seasons.
